Popular selection
As always, Timesavers brings the most popular machine solutions and handling options to the exhibition. The complete range of rotary brush machines will be presented. These machines have at least one thing in common: creating that perfect radius. A radius does not only look more attractive, but it also ensures the quality of coating and painting afterwards. Moreover, we have the small Manual Grinder, the 10 series. This machine is an entry-level replacement for manual deburring. And last but not least, you will find tooling and handling solutions on the stand, such as a brush holder, return table and robot.
For large parts
The 42 RB series is the largest deburring machine with an available working width of 1350 and 1600 mm. Not only can it deburr large parts, but also small parts. Thanks to the strong vacuum table. It has a grinding belt for deburring at the start and one finishing belt at the end. In between are eight rotating brushes that are able to create a 2 mm radius on the edges. The updated version has an ECO-mode, so that the machine barely consumes electricity when it is not being used.
Slag removal
In need of removing slag from plasma cut parts? Let the 32 RB series come to the rescue. This machine is equipped with hammerheads that remove the slag fast and easily. In addition, there will be a wet dust separator from Absaugwerk GmbH installed, to ensure optimal dust collection. It creates a safer and healthier workplace for the employees and it is better for the machine’s function as well.
Handling solutions
The new version of the 22 RB series has pictogram control and a larger screen to increase the ease of use even further. This 600 mm wide machine is ideally for companies that produce on a smaller scale. It will be presented in combination with a return table from AMI Förder- und Lagertechnik. Return tables are convenient for machine operators, because they no longer have to walk back and forth to get the processed parts. They can continue their work from one place. Timesaving and much more efficient!
Replacement for angle grinder
A perfect replacement for an angle grinder? The 10 series Manual Grinder is 3 to 4 times faster than grinding by hand. The affordable machine has four wheels for easy movement and is equipped with two heads: a brush and a disc. With many sorts of tooling available, you can do any application you need.
