For the third year in a row, Timesavers participates in China’s most important international import show: the CIIE in Shanghai. This national level exhibition showcases the key importers of foreign products. Timesavers is one of the few European equipment manufacturing SMEs to showcase their market leading technology, and the only manufacturer of deburring equipment at the show.
We show the latest addition to our Rotary Brush (RB) machine line live: the 22 Series 600 WRBW, further expanding the Timesavers range! This compact 600 mm wide machine contains all the impressive technological and mechanical features that have proven themselves in the larger 32 RB and 42 RB series deburring machines, such as a uniform and even edge rounding, a very slow and well balanced wear of the tooling, high production capacity, and industry 4.0 functionalities.
The 22 series WRBW is now the most compact rotary brush machine with premium Timesavers deburring, rounding, and finishing results. This machine enables customers with smaller production demands and associated budgets to perfectly deburr and round parts: premium deburring and rounding for every budget and capacity.
In addition to this new machine, we also present some other successful machine models, the industry leading rotary brush machine 42 series 1350 RB. A solution for the removal of heavy slag on plasma-cut parts will also be on display: our 22 series HW Hammerhead machine featuring a Hammerhead and a contact roller for finishing the deslagged parts with a sanding belt. The fourth machine featured at the show is our good old 10 series Manual Grinder, that fits every sheet metal processor’s facility for fast and easy manual jobbing.
