Timesavers’ Managing Director Paul Hartendorp demonstrated the company’s latest innovations to ISMR at the EuroBLECH 2016.
“Sharp edges on material are no longer tolerated in the sheet metal industry. With the increase in powder coating painting systems, sharp edges are just not acceptable. More and more customers want sheet metal parts to be rounded off. The use of fibre lasers now for cutting material also creates sharp edges, which increases the need for deburring machines. We also see an increasing interest in edge-rounding in the market,” Paul Hartendorp, Timesavers’ managing director, told ISMR at this year’s EuroBLECH exhibition (25-29 October 2016) in Hanover, Germany.
