Below an overview of stories from customer about their experience with Timesavers.
From pizza pans to award winning sub-contract partner, alphin pans has it covered
For a business that began life in a garage importing and selling pizza pans Alphin Pans has come a long way since its creation in 1989. For the first 20-years of its existence it was happy to simply buy and sell pizza pans and associated equipment, building solid foundations and counting the leading UK pizza supplier as a key customer. When stock and logistics issues arose with its suppliers in the Far East and encouraged by speaking to contacts in the metal spinning business, it took the decision to invest in manufacturing in the UK and in 2009 took delivery of its first metal spinning lathe.
Borschberg Käser AG: Sheet metal requires quality edges
The burrs that are formed when cutting, lasering, or punching sheet metal must be removed. In many cases, the surfaces have to be grinded or structured afterwards as well. Customers also increasingly desire defined rounded ages. What experiences does a medium-sized sheet metal company have with a combination system that can be used flexibly to achieve this with a variety of materials?
Rising demand for high-quality machines resulting from increased customer standards
Metal and sheet processing, such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, and water jet cutting can create imperfections (such as burrs, splashes, and sharp edges). In order to remove these imperfections from the sheet, the company Timesavers International from Goes offers a range of machines, including the popular and award-winning Timesavers 42 Rotating Brush (RB) series. “This machine is perfect for deburring, finishing, rounding edges, and removing laser oxidation”,
Hairline adds to Rimex’s portfolio
As one of the world’s leading specialists in the production of metal sheet finishes, particularly stainless steel, Enfield, Middlesex-based Rimex has constantly re-invented itself over its 60 year history. In doing so it has maintained a high profile across global markets for its range of polished, embossed and coloured stainless steel sheet products.
Niche turns to mainstream for Timesavers 81 series
The use of long and wide plate material, particularly in the aerospace sector brings with it its own set of issues, namely the consistency of the flatness and thickness of the material. While it is possible to grind these sheets using stone abrasives or to mill them, to bring them within specification; wide belt abrasives add a new dimension to the process.
Timesavers 42 WRB series does exactly that for Dutton Engineering
The installation of a Timesavers 42 WRB series for deburring, edge rounding and finishing machine by Ellesco at Dutton Engineering is delivering significant cycle time reductions, along with improved and consistent quality when it comes to deburring and graining punched, lasered, and waterjet cut parts.
Timesavers handles production growth at A A Sheetmetal
The combination of improved laser processing and increased customer demand led to a bottleneck at A A Sheetmetal when it came to deburring and surface
graining. Traditionally these were manual operations at the Norwich-based sub-contract sheetmetal company, but increasing volumes demanded an automated solution, in the form of a Timesavers 32 series, abrasive belt and rotary carousel brush deburring and surface finishing machine with an 1100mm working width from Ellesco.

The story of Keller Blechtechnik GmbH about the 42 Rotation Brush series
Keller Blechtechnik has recently bought a 42 RB series. The company is extremely satisfied with the machine and described their experiences with the machine on their website. They concluded that with the use of an 42 RB series they could save 50% of their time when deburring, rounding and finishing.
Westphalia-based laser specialist RT Lasertechnik from Rheda-Wiedenbrück found a solution at the Dutch machine manufacturer Timesavers. Burr-free welding assemblies with rounded edges are now the standard at the producer of complex components made from steel, aluminium or stainless steel.
The managers of the eastern Westphalia-based contract manufacturer RT-Lasertechnik GmbH long considered their options of how to supplement their machine park in Rheda-Wiedenbrück sensibly. A machine for deburring and cleaning finished components and complex sheet assemblies had been on the list of useful investments for a long time. But one reason for the delayed willingness to make the purchase was that the customer was for a long time not ready to honour cleanly ground sheets and rounded sheet edges accordingly. But after the new version of EN 1090, something changed crucially in this context. Read more
