Timesavers developed a technology to remove high stock with a minimum temperature rising of the work material. The friction energy is highly reduced due to the special configuration of machine components, machine settings and wide belt grinding tools. The costs are greatly reduced, mainly due to increased productivity. A new consistent wide belt technology is developed in close coöperation with Hermes Schleifmittel GmbH & Co. KG.
