Meet Timesavers' latest 8000-Serie!The latest inovative way of "High Stock Removal" is shown in our 8000-Serie. The 8000-Serie relects a brand new concept of grinding solution for large stock removal applications that require maintaining close tolerances on flat sotck. Belt grinding, in the past, has been confined to deburring and finishing, but in the last few years, Timesavers International B.V. has developed new Technologies that extend Belt Grinding into the field of material removal, especially where close tolerances are required.We have recently delivered newly developed machines to major worldwide companies in the specialty metals field (titanium, inconel stainless steel) with spectacular results. Our experience with these companies shows that the productivity of our abrasive belt grinding machinery is three times that of rotary grinding or reciprocating vertical grinders. The cost per part was greatly reduced, and the coöperation and product advances of abrasive suppliers, we can supply consistent performance.
